To apply, fold a washer in half and pour approximately 10 mls of the Bath Oils onto the washer. Using the washer, massage yourself with the oil soaked washer whilst having a bath.

For cellulite apply to thighs and buttocks, massage area vigorously until area is warm. It is best to follow with a brisk walk or exercise for best results. In conjunction you may also use approximately 10ml to a warm bath. This is a circulation blend to help detoxify your body. Massage vigorously & follow with movement & exercise. Use half to one capful in bath or use as a body or massage oil.
